great stay but breakfast could use a meat upgrade

The location is fantastic and within walking distance of everything fun. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and spotless!

The breakfast was decent but really missed some meat options.

I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. I had a balcony, a hair dryer, and a kitchenette area. The property was centrally situated not too far from Star Cars Museum.

Had functional room, free breakfasts, you guys rock!

There were climate control, a kitchenette area, and an iron in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The staff were all superbly friendly, consistently courteous. The hotel's position was great and fantastic walk from an oceanarium and eateries.

Unique and classy hotel with a great central location. Walking distance to attractions saved us on parking. Our room had a nice balcony, though the river view was minimal. The staff was polite and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. breakfast disappointed; it started too late for early risers and lacked meat options. The coffee maker in the room failed, but the lobby offered 24/7 coffee which was a redeeming feature. Our room had a musty smell that lingered despite attempts to air it out. the bed covers were inadequate, leaving me cold. Still, we would return, as the positives outweighed the negatives.

I absolutely loved the cozy vibe of my room with a stunning view of the river! The staff treated me like family—every interaction left me smiling. Plus, the delicious complimentary breakfast was the perfect start to my day!

The river view from our room was absolutely stunning.

Nicely updated and neat room with a coffee machine, a small refrigerator, and a safe box. Variety of food at breakfast, such as toast, yoghourt, fruit, scrambled eggs, and slices of fresh bread. Centrally located to most everything in town.

I greatly enjoyed the place due to very good rooms and staff.

Perfectly located near attractions and dining, walking everywhere was a breeze, saving a ton on parking fees. The staff was unfailingly friendly, and the breakfast—though simple—hit the spot. The view from the balcony was an unexpected treat! A few downsides: housekeeping didn’t replenish our coffee and toilet paper, and the walk to the lobby was a bit lengthy. no flowing water in the creek was disappointing. Despite these quirks, the spacious room and beautiful river views easily made up for them. Would definitely recommend for a hassle-free getaway!

Perfect spot for exploring all of Gatlinburg's treasures

This hotel is in the heart of Gatlinburg, just steps away from the aquarium, Anakeesta, and all the main attractions, making it so convenient for strolling through the vibrant streets and enjoying the beautiful river view from the balcony; I loved hearing the water and even saw a bear casually walking by the parking lot during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel had great amenities, but the breakfast could use a few more meat options.

The spacious room had a stunning view of the lake—perfect for morning coffee! The pool was a hit with the kids, especially the fun slide. Breakfast was tasty and set us up for a day of adventures!

Great location but could use improvements

Greystone Lodge offers an ideal spot for exploring Gatlinburg, with easy access to attractions and the Smoky Mountains. While our room was clean and comfortable, the balcony view was misleading, mostly overlooking a parking lot. Breakfast options were limited, especially for families with young children.
